The way we define health in North America is faulty. We wait until we have a symptom, like back pain or a headache, and then we act. This is a less than optimal way to stay healthy as the majority of diseases we face are referred to as “silent killers”. The top 3  causes of death (cancer, heart disease, and stroke) are affecting more and more people at a younger age. The overwhelming change in our health has been our lifestyle, not our genes, organ function or our ability to heal.

When your nervous system has damage or interference, when you eat poor quality foods, live a sedentary life and accumulate toxins, your body develops disease. Both health and disease are a process.

Health is dynamic and requires attention to the essentials that are needed to govern our health and healing. All bodily functions are controlled by the nervous system.
