Below you will find all of the instructional videos for the Home Care Rehabilitation you were given in the office. These videos will demonstrate how to do each of the exercises in the blue “Quick-Start Guide to Spinal Correction at Home” book you received with your home care kit.

Please complete the exercises ONLY AS PRESCRIBED by your doctor as the exercises outline on your personal prescription sheet were specific to you. If you have any questions regarding the exercises, please ask!
